This Month’s employee spotlight is Mike Gagnon our General Manager.

Some of you may recognize him from the local community as he spent 15 years working in restaurant management before joining our team here at Juanita Collision Center.  One of Mike’s greatest assets is his incredibly quick and witty sense of humor.  He is able to brighten our day as well as almost anyone he comes in contact with. This keeps us all laughing and helps create a very upbeat atmosphere!  

Mikes favorite aspect of working at Juanita Collision Center is all of the employees; he said it’s a fun group, and enjoys having his coworkers as friends, which makes coming to work everyday very enjoyable.  What he likes about working in the Collision repair industry is that every car is different and every day brings something new to the table.  He says it’s a cool process to see damaged cars come into the shop, and go through the different departments and leave looking as if they are brand new!

Outside of work Mike’s favorite activities are sailing, fly-fishing, photography, rock climbing and of course spending time with his beautiful wife Breanna and their new “baby” Cooper, a French bulldog puppy.

We are so thankful to have Mike on staff.  He is not only excellent at what he does but a pleasure for all of us to work with day in and day out!
